
Full-Time Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role
We are seeking a driven and bilingual (Chinese & English) Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives across our mainstream retail and distribution channels. You will be responsible for building client relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, and representing the company at key accounts and industry events — including domestic and international travel. Experience in the Asian food industry or related consumer packaged goods is a strong plus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with mainstream channel partners and key accounts
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations f
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and supply chain teams
- Travel domestically as needed to support business development
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese — written and spoken (required)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Experience working with mainstream retail or B2B channels preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing accounts with major retailers (e.g. Target, Walmart, Costco)
- Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
