Full-Time Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role 

We are seeking a driven and bilingual (Chinese & English) Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives across our mainstream retail and distribution channels. You will be responsible for building client relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, and representing the company at key accounts and industry events — including domestic and international travel. Experience in the Asian food industry or related consumer packaged goods is a strong plus.  


Key responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow relationships with mainstream channel partners and key accounts 
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets 
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations f 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and supply chain teams 
  • Travel domestically as needed to support business development 

 

Requirements 

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese — written and spoken (required) 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing 
  • Experience working with mainstream retail or B2B channels preferred 
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically  
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team 

 

Nice to have 

  • Prior experience managing accounts with major retailers (e.g. Target, Walmart, Costco) 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
