A fast-growing apparel and lifestyle brand is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support digital and e-commerce initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design landing pages optimized for conversion across desktop and mobile.
  • Refresh website banners with updated imagery and creative assets.
  • Create static and motion assets for paid social and paid search platforms including Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Edit video footage, manipulate static imagery, and develop motion graphics.
  • Support email creative tied to marketing campaigns and automated programs.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to apply insights from creative testing.
  • Use AI-powered creative tools to generate variations, enhance assets, and accelerate production workflows.
  • Research and brainstorm new advertising concepts to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and performance teams.
  • Manage production handoff and maintain organized creative assets across teams.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital design for social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Experience in graphic design, motion design, and UX/UI design.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and digital best practices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with test-and-learn creative frameworks and performance-driven design.
  • Video editing experience is required.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday or Asana.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or open to relocation.


Preferred Background

  • Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
  • Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or other consumer brands.
  • Understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing creative.


This Los Angeles-based role requires working onsite 4 days per week. The ideal candidate is a performance-minded designer who can create compelling, conversion-focused creative across multiple digital channels while adapting quickly to a premium brand aesthetic.
