About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Creative, with day-to-day management by our Brand Photographer & Videographer, you'll be an integral part of our in-house content production team. You'll take raw footage and craft it into polished, on-brand video content across social media, marketing campaigns, and other channels. This is a full-time, in-office position — 5 days a week — ideal for someone early in their career who's hungry to grow in a dynamic, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for social media, marketing, promotional, and brand use
- Collaborate closely with the DP and creative team to execute on a shared creative vision
- Organize and manage project files, media libraries, and assets to keep workflows running smoothly
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Help uphold Ghost Golf's brand standards across all video deliverables
- Assist senior team members on larger productions as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of video editing experience (professional, freelance, or a strong portfolio)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — comfortable with multi-track timelines, color correction, audio mixing, and export workflows
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadline
- A portfolio or reel showcasing your editing work
Required Skills
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
- Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
- Some hands-on experience with video capture / production — camera operation, on-set assistance, or basic lighting setups
Preferred Skills
- Experience with color grading (Lumetri Color or DaVinci Resolve)
- Basic audio editing and sound design skills
- Passion for golf or action sports content is a big plus!
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday – Friday
Reports to: Head of Creative
