About the Role

KIKU Growth Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-funded B2B AI company in New York City. We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives to join a small, elite founding sales team at a company that has established itself as the leader in AI-powered accounting automation.


The company builds AI agents that perform complex, end-to-end work — at a speed and accuracy that isn't achievable manually. The majority of deals over the past year have been inbound. A major funding round was recently closed from top-tier institutional investors.


This is a full-cycle role; AEs own the process from first contact to signature. The team is small now and will scale significantly. People joining at this stage will have a direct hand in building the playbook and a clear path to leadership.


What You'll Do

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close with no hand-offs
  • Lead discovery with senior partners at professional services firms, Chief Accounting Officers, and CFOs
  • Partner with embedded technical subject matter experts (domain specialists who support complex demos and objection handling)
  • Manage multi-stakeholder deals over several months, including a structured pilot phase
  • Contribute field insights to Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to influence roadmap


What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise or upper mid-market)
  • Verifiably in the top 10% of your sales organization — President's Club, consistent quota outperformance, or clear performance proof
  • ACV history of $50,000 or more with multi-month, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Has sold to C-suite or partner-level buyers — CFOs, Chief Accounting Officers, or Senior Partners
  • Intellectual and consultative communication style — this is a measured, sophisticated sale, not a high-velocity transactional motion
  • Stable career history with clear progression
  • Based in New York City; committed to 5 days/week in-office


Bonus Points if you have...

  • Experience at a Series A/B/C startup during a growth phase
  • Background in AI, machine learning, or fintech SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, etc.) — a significant differentiator
  • Finance or accounting background (FP&A, banking, etc.)


Compensation & Logistics

  • Base: $110,000–$130,000
  • OTE: $200,000–$300,000 (most current AEs at $225,000–$250,000)
  • Equity: Meaningful package included
  • Location: New York City — 5 days/week in-office (non-negotiable)
  • Visa sponsorship: Not available


Interview Process

AE screen (video) → Head of Sales call → Onsite (case study presentation + 1:1 team meetings)
