Account Executive – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
An AI-driven software platform that automates end-to-end testing for web applications by learning from real user behavior. It continuously generates, executes, and maintains test coverage, including automatically updating tests as the product evolves. The platform integrates with modern development tools and helps engineering teams reduce manual QA effort, improve reliability, and ship faster with fewer bugs.

What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business across a greenfield mid-market and enterprise territory
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical decision-makers and budget owners
- Build pipeline and hit revenue targets with autonomy and execution discipline
- Partner directly with co-founders to shape GTM strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of outside sales to mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Outbound pipeline generation and full-cycle closing experience
- Background selling developer tools, QA tools, or engineering solutions
- Experience selling to Heads of Engineering, QA leads, and C-suite within engineering orgs
- Startup experience required; comfort operating in fast-changing environments
Compensation & Perks
- OTE: $250K–$300K
