Digital Account Director

We are seeking an Account Director, Digital Media, to own the client business from strategy through execution. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who can lead strategic direction, oversee performance, and stay closely connected to campaign execution across digital channels.

This is not a layered or purely managerial role. It is best suited for someone who thrives in a lean environment, works independently, takes initiative, and feels accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level client relationships and serve as the main strategic contact
• Build digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV
• Align media plans to business goals, revenue targets, and performance KPIs. Oversee budget allocation, audience strategy, testing plans, and optimizations
• Translate reporting into actionable insights and adjust strategy based on live performance.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal and client teams
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in digital media strategy and account leadership
• Strong background in performance marketing and digital media optimization
• Deep experience across search, social, programmatic, and CTV
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Strategic, hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
