Come Grow with US! Custom Staffing is a premier staffing company supplying contingent work force to our customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive to help us sell the services that our customers have grown to rely on.


The B2B Sales Account Executive will have a strong understanding of the full sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. It is essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.


Compensation is base plus a stellar commission plan resulting in a high earning potential.


* This is a full-time, permanent internal position with Custom Staffing. This is not a temporary or contract assignment.*


Skills and Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferred)

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and

organizational skills

· Personal integrity


Qualifications

· Proven success rate at levels above quotas

· Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

· Strong organizational skills
