Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales closing (2+ years required)
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Timeshare exit
  • Solar sales
  • Real estate or mortgage
  • Financial services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to different client situations and objections
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho or similar preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
