What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business (SMB) accounts
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention
  • Oversee campaign performance and optimize results
  • Prospect and onboard new business clients
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report on account growth
  • Collaborate with and help develop team members supporting your accounts

  • Experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Leadership potential or experience mentoring others
