Responsibilities Create animations for game elements (characters, items, UI) ensuring smooth, engaging visual experiences.
Design visually appealing animations that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with team leads to receive task assignments and contribute ideas and solutions for animations.
Proactively research and adopt new animation techniques and technologies into production.
Participate in internal training sessions to develop and refine animation skills.
Requirements
Knowledge Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Animation, or at least 1 year of experience as an Animator.
Solid knowledge of character movement, animation principles, and user experience design.
Understanding of anatomy, color theory, and perspective for 2D animation (Spine 2D).
Skills Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Spine (or equivalent).
Ability to create smooth, expressive animations with proper rhythm and emotion.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, combining imagery, movement, and effects for engaging results.
Able to collaborate effectively with Design and Development teams to align animation with gameplay.
Familiarity with After Effects, Maya, Blender, or Unity is a plus.
Drawing skills are a plus.
Passionate about games, animation, and creating dynamic, engaging content.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible in delivering high-quality work.
Open to feedback, quick learner, and willing to adjust for continuous improvement.
Committed to long-term collaboration and contribution to the game development team.
