Motion Graphics / Animator Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs) Reports To: Creative Director Role Overview Gymreapers is hiring a motion-first creative to lead the development of innovative, brand-defining motion graphics across all channels. You’ll take raw footage, static designs, and product content—and transform them into visually striking, uniquely Gymreapers animations that elevate the brand across paid, organic, email, and ecommerce. Working closely with the full creative team, you’ll bring campaigns, product releases, and shoots to life through motion that builds brand affinity, recognition, and impact. This role is responsible for pushing the creative standard forward—balancing innovation, speed, and performance with a strong sense of taste and brand consistency Key Responsibilities Branded Motion Content Elevate Gymreapers’ visual identity through motion Create polished, premium animations for: Product storytelling Lifestyle content Campaign visuals Paid & Social Creative Develop motion styles that feel distinctly Gymreapers (not generic TikTok edits) Balance clean, high-end design with performance-driven edits Motion Across the Funnel You’ll apply motion anywhere it improves performance: Email: GIFs, animated hero banners, sale announcements Amazon: A+ animations, comparison charts, feature callouts Website: Homepage + PDP motion (loops, banners, product highlights) Launches: Short teaser animations for drops Wholesale: Animated decks and product reels Systems & Scale Build reusable motion templates (overlays, captions, lower thirds) Create systems that increase creative output across the team Enable faster production without sacrificing quality Key Responsibilities Own motion output across all channels Increase creative velocity and iteration speed Collaborate with Creative, Growth, and Ecommerce teams Continuously improve performance through creative Required Skills & Experience 3–6+ years in motion graphics / performance video editing with a portfolio Advanced After Effects (templating, text systems, animation control) Strong ability to create high-performing overlays, hooks, and CTAs Deep understanding of short-form, platform-native content (TikTok/Reels) Experience producing multiple variants quickly for testing Ability to interpret performance data and iterate Fast, high-output execution with clean file organization Benefits/Perks: Competitive Pay Company paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Gymreapers on-site gym!
