Job Summary
This role supports internal business teams by designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making and collaboration. The position focuses on Power BI dashboard development, Power Apps optimization, SharePoint site management, and Power Platform integration. The individual will work closely with internal customers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal customers and technical partners to gather requirements and deliver effective data and automation solutions
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, performance optimization, and meaningful KPI visualization
Manage Power BI datasets, workspaces, refresh schedules, and security, including role-level security (RLS)
Develop and maintain Power Apps (primarily canvas apps) that support business processes and improve user efficiency
Update and enhance existing Power Automate workflows that operate within the current network environment
Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to support collaboration, reporting, and data collection
Integrate SharePoint with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions
Maintain documentation and follow established governance, security, and compliance standards
Provide user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and optimized data solutions
Work with a skilled team of professionals, receiving guidance from a manager and collaborating closely with peers
Years of Experience and Education
Years of Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Internships may be considered as part of overall experience
Backgrounds in information technology or roles such as Power BI Developer are considered relevant
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
Hands‑on experience developing Power Apps (canvas and/or model‑driven)
Experience working with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and permissions
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business processes
Desired Technical Skills
Experience with Power Automate workflows and integrations
Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, Excel, or other data sources
Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and governance concepts
Experience working in project‑based environments
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365)
Professional & Soft Skills

Solid problem‑solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured environment
