Overview
Thomson Reuters Demand Gen Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective marketing campaigns across a range of industry-leading products. This manager role assists with setting the strategic approach, planning and performance prioritization for Thomson Reuters demand generation within the Corporates segment for the United States, delivering on the unique customer needs of these significant markets to ultimately drive marketing‑attributed sales, revenue, and growth in this segment.

The Demand Gen Team is focused on driving demand generation for the corporate sector.
About the Role
Understand Corporate segment go‑to‑market strategies, insights, personas, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
Partner closely across the marketing organization to bring strategies and plans to life through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand generation programs and activities.
Assist with creation, planning, and activation of innovative marketing strategies for the US segment, focusing on transforming campaigns that target buying groups, optimizing digital channels, and partnering closely with sales, demand generation, and product marketing groups to build and align on upfront strategy and prioritization.
Oversee multiple campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy, timely execution, and optimal, high‑quality results, while guiding campaign planning teams as needed.
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign and demand generation activities on marketing and sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and channel mix activation.
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, measuring, and reporting on marketing metrics.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools (e.g., Eloqua, Workfront, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization.
ABM and industry‑specific experience a plus; deep understanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms, and systems.
BA/BS required.
