We’re hiring for a Personal Assistant to support the Founder and his family in both professional and personal capacities.
What You Will Do Organize and manage business development activities, communications, and scheduling for the founder. Run personal errands and proactively handle household projects (including home organization). Serve as a resource for the founder’s spouse as needed. Bring order and structure to a dynamic, sometimes disorganized environment. Tackle tasks large and small with a can-do, hands-on approach. Adapt to evolving needs and priorities with maturity and flexibility. Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
What We’re Looking For Highly organized, mature, and resourceful professional. Comfortable assisting with both business and personal tasks. Willing to take on hands-on projects and errands as needed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet. Previous experience supporting executives or busy households preferred. Ability to "figure it out" with minimal direction and thrive in a role that ebbs and flows.
Required Skills Exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency with digital calendars, email, and basic office software. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Required Education, Training, Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 3+ years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role.
