Overview The

Digital

Product Associate

plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality

customer acquisition digital experiences , supporting the

end‑to‑end product lifecycle

from refinement through launch and post‑release optimization.

This role partners closely with

product owners, engineering teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders

to ensure features meet high standards for

scalability, resiliency, stability, and customer experience . The position is heavily execution‑focused, with a strong emphasis on

testing, quality assurance, and backlog health

within a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Type: Long contract, fully on-site M-F in Columbus Schedule: Regular day hours Duration: 12 months / 1 year Pay: $42 - $48/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

Product Associate Requirements 2+ years of experience

in

product management , product operations, or a closely related domain Strong understanding of the

product development lifecycle , including

Agile/Scrum ,

Jira , and backlog management Demonstrated experience owning or executing

end‑to‑end testing , including

story refinement, acceptance criteria, test case creation, test data conditioning, execution, and reporting Strong

analytical and problem‑solving skills , with experience evaluating complex business and technical challenges Proven ability to collaborate with

engineering, QA, product, and technical partners , including distributed teams Experience working with

digital products , online and mobile platforms, or

financial services / acquisition environments

preferred Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Technology , or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Familiarity with

AI tools , data‑driven decision making, and modern testing or automation approaches is a plus

Product Associate Duties Maintain and evolve a

healthy product backlog , supporting refinement, prioritization, and delivery readiness Partner with engineering and product teams to

plan, execute, and manage QA testing , including environment health checks and test conditioning Write and refine

user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases , and execute testing end to end in the absence of a dedicated QA team Support

product launches

by validating functionality, gathering feedback, and ensuring readiness for release Act as a

subject matter contributor

by deeply understanding the digital experience, underlying technologies, and platform dependencies Identify and solve

technical and customer problems , recognizing how the product fits within a broader enterprise ecosystem Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and insights clearly to varied stakeholder audiences Collaborate with distributed development teams, including

offshore partners , to support refinement, testing, and delivery Leverage

automated testing tools

and frameworks where applicable, while contributing to continuous improvement in testing practices
