Junior Marketing Associate
to join our dynamic, fast-paced team! This
entry-level
role is perfect for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and campaign execution — all while representing nationally recognized brands. You’ll interact with customers in retail locations, driving product sales and boosting brand visibility for our clients.
What You’ll Do: Assist in planning and launching in-store retail marketing and sales campaigns Interact directly with customers to promote products, provide support, and close sales Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Work closely with team leaders to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture through strong communication and initiative
What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn — no experience required, we’ll train you A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment Customer-first attitude with a friendly, solution-driven approach Motivation to grow and build a long-term career in marketing or sales leadership High School Diploma or GED required
