Location: Marina Del Rey, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
✨ Duration: Temporary, starting ASAP for approximately 3 months

Position Summary: Come join our client, a fast-growing beverage and lifestyle brand that is rapidly expanding across global markets. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their energetic, startup-style team and take ownership of a high-volume customer inbox. This is a fully email-based role where your written communication skills will shine—helping deliver clear, friendly, and brand-aligned support at scale. You’ll thrive here if you are detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and energized by managing a fast-paced flow of customer inquiries while creating exceptional experiences behind every message.
Responsibilities & Duties: Manage and respond to a high volume of customer service emails (~100/day) in a timely and professional manner Support customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including e-commerce and marketplace channels Maintain accurate and consistent communication aligned with brand voice Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently while escalating when necessary Assist with order-related inquiries and general product questions Partner with a small, collaborative team to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications: Experience working in an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong plus Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks performed consistently throughout the day Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify and escalate discrepancies or errors Reliable and consistent, with the ability to support ongoing monitoring responsibilities throughout the day Experience using CRM platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar tools preferred Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or comparable systems is a plus
