Senior Superintendent
to their team based in their downtown Chicago. With over 50 years in business, this firm has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects while maintaining a strong, people-first culture. This role is set up to progress into a
General Superintendent
role once certain metrics and performance goals are met.
The Role: You’ll lead field operations across a diverse project portfolio including: Commercial Interiors Healthcare Light Industrial Education Multifamily
Projects typically range from
$10M to $100M , all local to the Chicagoland area. You’ll be responsible for driving schedules, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and acting as the on-site leader from start to finish.
What They’re Looking For 12 to 20 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Experience across multiple project sectors Strong ability to run projects independently Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Leadership presence on site with the ability to manage and mentor teams
