We need a
Head of Sales, North America
to build the engine.
The DNA of the company: The Backing:
Menlo, Upfront, EQT + Angels from Zoom, Airtable, Stripe, and Notion. 4.5 years of runway. The Leadership:
Serial founders and operators who have built, scaled, and sold (Google, Puppet, Abstract). They lived the exact problem this platform solves. The Culture:
25 people. Low ego, highly technical, close to the work. SF office 2-3 days a week.
Who you are: Ideally you know what the
$1M to $5M ARR
journey looks and feels like. You are a builder. You aren't looking to execute a playbook someone else already figured out. You have 2+ years of sales leadership experience, but you still love getting into the weeds on complex, multi-threaded enterprise cycles. You know how to sell highly technical solutions to a sophisticated C-suite (CROs, CFOs, CTOs) who are allergic to AI hype and only care about measurable outcomes.
You will manage a team of 3 hungry AEs, report directly to the Founder/CEO, and own the North American revenue strategy.
