Hiring: Commercial Lines Account Manager (Sales Client-Facing Role)

We are partnering with a
Top 125 U.S. insurance agency (50+ years in business)
that is looking to bring on a strong AM to support their growing commercial book.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the
main point of contact for clients
— answering questions, solving complex issues, and building long-term relationships Owning a
mid-to-large book of business
(based on premium size, not # of accounts) Leading the
renewal process end-to-end
(remarketing, quoting, negotiating, and recommending carriers) Preparing and supporting client presentations and proposals Managing workflows across
CSR/CRA support staff
(and potentially training/mentoring)
What they’re looking for:
Active
insurance license
(required) 3+ years of true Account Manager experience
in Commercial Lines (not CSR-only) Strong
client-facing experience
(this is not a back-office role) Confidence to
pick up the phone and lead conversations Experience with
renewals + carrier marketing Familiarity with
Applied Epic or similar AMS/CRM systems
Compensation: Base:
$75K – $100K+
(flexible based on experience) Annual bonus Great benefit package
Location: Hunt Valley, MD On-site training during the onboarding period, followed by a hybrid schedule
