DIRECTOR OF DATA & ANALYTICS Innovien Solutions is currently hiring a Director of Data & Analytics to define and execute the enterprise strategy for data, analytics, and insights within a growing organization. Reporting to the CIO, this role will lead a high-performing team and partner across the business to ensure data assets are trusted, accessible, secure, and leveraged to drive measurable outcomes. The Director will play a key role in shaping the organization’s data future—championing a data-driven culture, modernizing analytics platforms, and driving advanced insights initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, improve decision-making, and deliver meaningful business impact across all functional areas.

DIRECTOR OF DATA & ANALYTICS REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of proven leadership experience at the Director level, leading cross-functional data and analytics teams within enterprise-scale environments Deep, hands-on expertise with the Snowflake platform, including designing scalable data models, optimizing performance, and ensuring governance and security across enterprise analytics environments Proven ability to partner with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities, translate operational challenges into actionable insights, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable ROI Strong background in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data governance, and modern analytics platforms, including exposure to AI/ML integration Demonstrated experience defining and executing enterprise data and analytics strategy, including governance frameworks, data quality standards, and security/compliance practices

PLUS SKILLS: Experience within utilities, infrastructure, or field service industries Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related STEM discipline

DIRECTOR OF DATA & ANALYTICS RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives and IT priorities Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability Oversee the design, management, and evolution of modern analytics platforms, including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle Analytics Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize analytics initiatives and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, stewardship models, and compliance requirements Drive adoption of self-service analytics, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise Track, report, and optimize performance metrics related to data quality, platform utilization, analytics adoption, and overall business impact
