high-performing, consultative sales professional

to develop and close energy efficiency projects with commercial clients across Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who can engage decision-makers, understand financial drivers, and present solutions based on ROI—not just sell products. You will work directly with: CFOs Facility Directors Property Managers School Administrators What You’ll Be Selling Utility-funded energy efficiency projects Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) systems HVAC optimization and energy assessments Energy cost reduction and demand management strategies Typical project sizes range from

$25,000 to $250,000+ , with many projects significantly offset by utility incentives. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial client relationships Conduct site walkthroughs and identify energy-saving opportunities Present financial and operational value to decision-makers Build proposals in coordination with internal team Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close Maintain and grow a strong pipeline Compensation Structure $50,000 annual salary (draw against commissions for first 6 months) Transition to full commission structure after draw period Uncapped earnings potential Realistic first-year income:
