A growing private investment firm is seeking a Vice President to join its
Consumer investing team in Dallas.
This role offers the opportunity to take a lead position in evaluating, executing, and managing investments in founder-led and family-owned businesses.
Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in
private equity and investment banking
( covering consumer) Strong
financial modeling
and analytical skills Experience with consumer-focused businesses preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead transactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities: Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments Build detailed financial models and investment theses Support deal execution from sourcing through closing Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive growth initiatives and value creation Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic decision-making Assist with fundraising and investor communications as needed
