Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Customer Experience Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy that educates, engages, and converts across the customer journey Identify friction points in the buying process and create content that accelerates decision-making Align content initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and revenue goals Multi-Channel & Intent-Based Distribution Define content formats and messaging based on audience intent and platform behavior Optimize channel-specific strategies (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, SEO-driven content) Partner with analytics teams to measure success based on

conversion, engagement, and revenue impact AI & Emerging Search Optimization Lead content strategy for

AI-driven search and generative engines Structure content (blogs, FAQs, product pages) to improve visibility in AI-powered search ecosystems Integrate SEO, AI, and content workflows to maximize discoverability Integrated Planning & Execution Own and manage editorial calendar aligned to key campaigns and seasonal events Develop creative briefs with clear KPIs and business objectives Continuously optimize based on real-time performance data Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a strategic partner across Marketing, Product, Digital, and Analytics teams Translate business objectives into scalable content initiatives Drive a data-first, performance-oriented content culture

Qualifications Required 8–12+ years of experience in content marketing, growth strategy, or digital marketing Proven track record of driving

measurable business outcomes through content Strong experience across

multi-channel platforms (social, SEO, eCommerce, digital media) Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background in consumer electronics, retail, or technology industries Experience with

AI-driven search, SEO, and emerging content platforms Ability to tie content performance to

KPIs like conversion rate, share of search, and revenue Experience managing creative or production teams Compensation & Work Model Base Salary:

$130,000 – $165,000 + Bonus Location:

Irvine, CA Work Model:
