Location: Stamford, CT - 4 days onsite, one day remote
Duration: Contract Thru EOY with extensions/possible conversion
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 2+ years working on a products user stories/creating process flows or project management experience • Experience interacting with product owners and stakeholders • Experience working on multiple projects at a time, need to have enterprise level experience (not start up) • Strong customer experience knowledge • Strong verbal and written communication • Bachelors Degree
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Telecommunications industry knowledge or experience • Experience in Figma to create process work flows • Experience working in JIRA create user stories • Experience working in Asana
JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. They will be working on multiple projects at a time, they will be support the project in the beginning of the lifecycle through implementation working along side the product owner. This person will be creating user stories or work flow documentation in both JIRA and Figma for products. This team is responsible for the process flow of products and their communication to customers for change of service. Communication platforms include chat, IVR, etc. They will be communicating in stakeholder meetings so both verbal and written communication is necessary. They will be participating in stand up meetings. They will need to have a customer experience mindset as well as be able to hit the ground running handling multiple projects at a time.
