About the Role Looking to kickstart your career but don’t have experience yet? This is where you start. We’re hiring Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associates who are outgoing, motivated, and ready to learn. You’ll work directly with customers, be part of live campaigns, and develop valuable skills in communication, sales, and marketing from day one. If you enjoy meeting new people, want to build confidence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do Engage with customers face-to-face and represent client brands Share product information, promotions, and current campaigns Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Assist with marketing events and campaign execution Track daily interactions and performance goals Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed targets What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset Reliable, organized, and goal-driven Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but not required What You’ll Get Base pay plus performance-based incentives Paid training and hands-on mentorship Clear growth opportunities and career advancement A fun, supportive, and energetic team environment Real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business development
