Marketing Specialist | EMMA International
EMMA International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our global consulting brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about translating complex regulatory and quality concepts into compelling marketing content.
You will play a key role in strengthening EMMA’s brand presence, supporting business development efforts, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our consulting services across the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support EMMA’s service offerings and growth objectives Create high-quality marketing content, including thought leadership, case studies, social media posts, and client-facing materials Partner closely with the business development and consulting teams to align marketing initiatives with sales strategy and client engagement goals Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and client relationships Manage and grow EMMA’s online presence, including LinkedIn and website content Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to drive new business opportunities Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through targeted marketing initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within life sciences, consulting, or a regulated industry Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, compelling messaging Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms (LinkedIn strongly preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership
