About the Role Looking for a role where you can gain experience, build confidence, and grow your skills from day one?
We’re hiring Entry Level Sales & Marketing associates who are motivated, people-oriented, and ready to jump into a team-focused environment. You’ll be involved in live campaigns, work directly with customers, and develop valuable communication and business skills. No experience needed—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do Engage with customers in person to represent client brands Share product information, promotions, and campaign details Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Assist with marketing campaigns and events Track daily activity and performance goals Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed targets What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Organized, reliable, and adaptable Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required) What You’ll Get Base pay plus performance-based incentives Paid training and ongoing mentorship Clear opportunities for advancement based on performance A high-energy, supportive team environment Real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business
