Position: Paid Social Associate Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Note: Hybrid
role - 3 days onsite & 2 days remote per week [Mon-Fri]. Work schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm PT Platforms: LinkedIn + Facebook (core) Focus: Performance marketing (B2B lead generation)
JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Paid Social Advertising Contractor to help manage; execution for paid social platforms, and any other new advertising channel needs. Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid social; LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social accounts. Practical knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn), how to setup campaigns, create audiences, and strategize. Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis Experience with Google Analytics Experience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to assist on different projects, accounts, and campaign needs Have strong experience in LinkedIn + Facebook Ads (required) Have managed paid social campaigns end-to-end Bring B2B performance marketing experience (pipeline-focused) Are highly analytical and experiment-driven Top Priority Experience Managing multi-product / multi-campaign portfolios
To stand out! Experience specifically in B2B marketing - ideally SAAS Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry Experience with CRM systems - especially Salesforce Experience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially Tableau
