Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a HVAC Service & Solutions Account Manager to join our client's team. This role is responsible for managing an assigned sales territory while partnering closely with Independent Manufacturers’ Representatives, District and Service Center leadership, technicians, parts teams, and internal sales partners. In this role, you will focus on growing existing customer relationships, prospecting new business, and developing sales opportunities using installed‑base data and other lead‑generation sources. You will travel throughout the territory to meet with customers, prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and guide projects from initial concept through completion. This position also involves reviewing competitive market offerings, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and leveraging tools such as energy rebates, ROI analysis, and payback estimates to support customer decision‑making. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
