Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Macedonia, OH. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and manage inquiries. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, assisting with order placement, managing customer accounts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products. The role requires maintaining a high standard of service and fostering positive customer relationships.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience in providing exceptional Customer Experience and managing customer interactions effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is beneficial
