As we continue expanding across the United States, we are seeking driven, relationship-oriented Commercial Account Managers who thrive on uncovering new opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and positioning BMS CAT as the preferred restoration partner for major commercial organizations.
Position Summary As a Commercial Account Manager, you serve as the face of BMS CAT within your market. You will cultivate and manage relationships with facility managers, building engineers, property management firms, ownership groups, and decision-makers across key commercial sectors, including:
Hospitality Retail and Shopping Centers High-Rise and Corporate Real Estate Government and Education Healthcare and Medical Facilities Multifamily and Senior Living
Your Mission: When disaster strikes—whether due to fire, water, mold, storms, or catastrophe—you are the first call. This high-energy, fast-paced, field-focused role offers variety and purpose. Success comes from proactive relationship-building, strategic prospecting, and a passion for delivering solutions when they matter most.
Essential Functions: Business Development and Strategic Growth Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive revenue and market expansion Prospect, research, and secure meetings with commercial and national accounts Identify regional and national opportunities to grow market share Track and measure marketing initiatives to ensure consistent pipeline activity
Account Management and Relationship Cultivation Strengthen long-term partnerships to increase loyalty and wallet share Attend onsite meetings, property walkthroughs, presentations, and industry events Maintain active memberships and visibility within key industry associations Support operations through clear communication, documentation, and client expectations
Operational and Internal Collaboration Partner with marketing to coordinate trade shows and presentations Assist with collections on local and national accounts when needed Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, contacts, and activities Maintain accurate reporting and internal communications Communicate effectively during high-pressure or emergency situations
Experience and Skills The ideal candidate is: An exceptional communicator—verbally, in writing, and in presentations Relationship-driven, personable, and client-focused Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable Confident presenting to both individuals and large audiences Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented Experienced in business development or account management (preferred but not required)
