The Marketing and Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining the Peters Financial brand, managing our marketing relationships, and creating a boutique concierge experience for our clients.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associates degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and social media. Experience in the financial services industry preferred (not required). Willingness to learn the fundamentals of the Investment Industry, Securities, and Insurance. Professional self-starter, excellent attention to detail, excellent verbal & grammatical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Canva & CRM software.
Operational Responsibilities: Serve as the concierge point of contact for the company and clients. Excellent calendar management skills. Responsible for client review meeting schedule. Provide outstanding client service while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Practice active listening and rapport building to gain a thorough understanding of client needs while documenting client meeting conversations into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Manage the CRM to ensure data integrity. Assist senior advisors with other projects as needed.
Marketing Responsibilities: Manage/create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram). Monthly reporting to track progress and trends across social media platforms. Manage company website and Google Business Page. Assist supervisor with event planning and execution (client appreciation events, seminars, etc.). Run monthly mailing/email campaigns. Responsible for all advertising/sponsorship opportunities – this includes updating ads with current partners and researching new opportunities. Ordering and stocking marketing/promotional materials. Attend bi-weekly meetings with our marketing partners to ensure we are on track with current goals and discuss new ideas/opportunities to improve/expand our marketing efforts.
