Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engagement Specialist located in the East Bay. The Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored insurance and financial solutions. Daily tasks will include customer service, networking, supporting sales efforts, organizing client onboarding processes, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to team goals through collaboration and strategy development.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship management Sales, business development, or client service experience, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other technology tools for client interaction and data management Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional setting High level of motivation, self-drive, and persistence to achieve personal and team goals Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience may be considered
