Job Summary: The Senior Digital Events Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the digital event platforms by leveraging their deep understanding of customer journey analytics, content personalization, and digital technology integration. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, strategize, and execute highly engaging web-based experiences for online events. The role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking to develop a scalable ecosystem that enhances customer engagement and meets business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the digital events product vision, strategy, and roadmap, combining internal data, customer insights, and best practices. Act as a primary liaison among internal stakeholders, identifying challenges, setting priorities, and managing a feature backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams. Build and present business cases highlighting the impact and value of new initiatives. Collaborate with Experience Designers to create effective customer journeys, UX flows, and product designs. Transform complex product requirements into actionable feature specs and user stories for development teams. Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in using Agile project management tools like Jira. Strong experience in translating business problems into detailed product requirements. Demonstrable track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful outcomes. Required Experience: Experience in the tech industry, particularly with digital marketing and web content management systems, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Adobe’s Experience Cloud will be a significant advantage.
