Director of Strategic Execution & Governance
to oversee the integrated management of operational, financial, and organizational functions within its U.S. operations. This role carries direct accountability for business performance, ensuring sustainable, customer-focused growth aligned with Group strategy. The position serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to key decisions and resource allocation, and offers a clear path toward broader general management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Business & Performance Governance Overall responsibility for the branch’s operational results Oversee and integrate the following functions: Accounting (AR/AP) Finance and cash flow management Controlling (in coordination with HQ) Logistics and warehouse operations Production (product configuration and preparation) Maintenance Define and monitor economic, operational, and organizational KPIs Support the CEO in strategic planning and resource allocation Finance, Cash Flow & Working Capital Oversight Provide governance (non-executive ownership) over: EBIT Cash flow Working capital Optimize inventory planning to: Ensure commercial responsiveness Maintain financial balance and alignment with HQ requirements Coordinate with external CPA and Group finance functions HR Governance & Organizational Development Oversee HR at a governance level Directly manage the local HR Specialist Supervise: Recruiting and onboarding Organizational design and role structuring Organizational development initiatives Drive internalization and improvement of HR processes (including payroll where applicable) Strengthen employee engagement and contribute to reducing turnover Legal & Contractual Coordination Coordinate with external legal advisors on: Commercial disputes Commercial contracts HR-related legal matters Standardize and streamline contractual frameworks Development, Expansion & HQ Interface Plan and manage the structural development of the U.S. entity Coordinate with HQ and assigned project stakeholders Maintain ongoing interaction with: Group Accounting Group Controlling Senior leadership Contribute to reducing operational and cultural gaps between U.S. operations and HQ Required Qualifications and Background Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) Significant professional experience in the United States Experience in: Strategy consulting (top-tier or equivalent) and/or Business operations, performance management, or governance roles Combination of strategic and hands-on operational experience Industry experience is a plus English language: Executive Level Fluency in Italian (mandatory) Resident in Atlanta area or willing to relocate to the area.
