Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role involves working on large-scale, mission-critical applications, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities • Lead solution design, integration strategies, and system architecture • Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and integrations • Conduct technical discovery sessions and define solution approaches • Ensure readiness for Salesforce seasonal releases and manage impacts • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, and stakeholders • Implement AI-driven enhancements within Salesforce solutions • Enforce architectural standards, governance, and compliance • Ensure strong security controls and adherence to best practices
Required Experience ✔ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, solution design) ✔ 5+ years of development experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations ✔ 3+ years in public sector or highly regulated environments (or equivalent complexity) ✔ 2+ years leading technical teams or discovery/design sessions
