Junior Account Executive – Business Financing

Irving Fund is a fast-growing business financing firm helping small and mid-sized businesses secure smart capital solutions, including SBA loans and flexible working-capital products. We’re a lean, high-performance team, and this role is built for someone who wants real sales exposure, strong training, and a clear path to earning.

This is a true sales role. You’ll speak directly with business owners, learn how deals are structured, and get hands-on coaching from experienced account executives. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want to build a serious sales career in finance, this is a strong opportunity.

Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $100,000 (Base salary plus commission)

What you’ll do • Speak with inbound and outbound business-owner leads • Qualify prospects and uncover financing needs • Educate clients on loan and credit options • Support senior account executives through the deal process • Follow up consistently and move deals forward • Manage pipeline activity and notes in our CRM • Build real sales skill through daily reps and direct feedback

What we’re looking for • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone • Competitive mindset with a desire to earn • Coachable, disciplined, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment • Prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement

This is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, improve consistently, and take ownership of results.
