This investor relations role puts you at the center of billion-dollar deals - updating LPs on portfolio growth, sourcing co-investments in breakout companies, and helping close Fortune 500 customers for portfolio founders.

You'll work directly with blue-chip LPs like endowments and pension and sovereign wealth funds. Start with a focus on LP communications and relationship building with the opportunity to transition to greater involvement in the investment process.

The Role: We are looking for a highly organized Investor Relations professional to join our lean team and bolster our operations. You will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with our blue-chip LPs, including endowments, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. We are seeking an intellectually curious and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is passionate about category-defining companies.

What You’ll Do: Manage and update top LPs on portfolio growth and present co-investment opportunities in our generational breakouts. Source and build relationships with new institutional investors. Work on multi-hundred million dollar SPV co-investments with our top LPs. Collaborate with the investment team across all stages, from seed to late-stage deals. Maintain our CRM to ensure operational excellence and organization.

What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a placement agent role. Experience at a top- tier venture capital or private equity firm, investment bank or management consulting firm. Experience managing and fundraising from institutional LPs (pensions, endowments, sovereign wealth funds). Degree from top ~25 school. Proficiency in financial modeling for co- investments and SPVs. Experience building and managing CRM systems for investor tracking. Experience preparing portfolio/investment updates for LPs. Extreme organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
