As a Director or ED-level Credit Sales professional, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with assigned institutional clients. Your core responsibility will be to deliver Natixis' comprehensive suite of credit products and solutions. This role demands a highly collaborative spirit, working seamlessly within a team-oriented environment. You will be expected to support colleagues, foster cross-functional partnerships, and ensure exceptional coverage for Natixis' valued institutional asset managers, insurance companies, alternative asset managers, and other designated clients.
Key Responsibilities: This dynamic role encompasses both new-issue and secondary market distribution of a diverse range of credit products, including: Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs):
Expertise in both Broadly Syndicated Loan (BSL) and Middle Market Loan underlying assets. Asset-Backed Securities (ABS):
A strong focus on esoteric, consumer, and off-the-run securitizations. Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) & Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Debt:
This includes Single Asset Single Borrower (SASB) CMBS, CRE CLOs primarily originated by Natixis’ Real Estate & Hospitality team, and related loan products. Corporate Loans:
Primarily focused on secondary trades, with occasional new-issue loan placement when Natixis holds a lead manager position. Corporate Bonds:
Covering Investment Grade, High Yield, and Emerging Markets bonds.
Please note: This currently represents a smaller segment of Natixis' product offering and strategic focus. Secondary Trading Coverage:
Providing dedicated client coverage for secondary market trading across all the above-mentioned products. Repo/Reverse Repo Transactions:
Engaging with assigned clients on credit product repo and reverse repo activities, where appropriate. Fund Finance Solutions:
Including sub-lines, hybrid NAV financing, and Peseg (Potential Existing Securities Financing) transactions led by Natixis. New Issue Roadshows:
Coordinating and managing client roadshow meetings for new issue offerings.
Qualifications: Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in credit sales or a related financial services field. Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Client Relationship Management:
Proven ability to effectively and quickly build strong relationships, establishing trust, respect, competence, and confidence with institutional clients. Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated success in driving revenue and expanding client relationships within the credit markets. Collaboration & Teamwork:

The salary range for this position will be between $300,000 - $425,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance
