seca North America was founded over 40 years ago and is the groups largest and most successful international sales subsidiary with locations in Chino, CA and Charleston, SC with approximately 40 employee.

Role Overview The Social Media Manager is responsible for executing seca North America’s organic social media strategy across all business units. This role drives brand awareness, engagement, and contribution to marketing pipeline through consistent, high-quality content. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for content creation, publishing, and performance optimization. You will work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Strategic Communications, Thought Leadership, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment with campaign priorities and business goals.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Content Creation & Execution Develop, create, and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram Translate campaigns, messaging, and events into social-first content Repurpose video, webinars, and campaign assets into engaging formats Produce short-form video, graphics, and written posts (independently or with internal/external partners) Maintain a consistent and high-quality content cadence Content Calendar Management Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars Align content with campaigns, events, and key initiatives Ensure timely delivery of all planned content Proactively identify content gaps and opportunities Channel Management & Engagement Manage day-to-day activity across social platforms Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning Monitor and engage with audiences, customers, and industry stakeholders Identify opportunities to amplify relevant content and conversations Performance Tracking & Optimization Track engagement, traffic, and content performance metrics Optimize content based on insights and trends Collaborate with Performance Marketing on amplification strategies Provide regular reporting and recommendations Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Communications, Thought Leadership, Video Production, Events, and Sales teams Support event promotion and post-event amplification Continuous Improvement Stay current on social media trends and platform updates Recommend new ideas to improve reach and engagement Build scalable processes and repeatable content formats

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience managing social media for B2B brands (healthcare or technology preferred) Strong content creation skills (copy, visual, and video) Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off

Work Environment Charleston, South Carolina; travelling of max. 40% within US sales territory
