The role: Own a pipeline of 50+ partners — medical societies, clinical publishers, digital health platforms Design and close deals from scratch — no two are the same Work directly with the founders on strategy
You: 2-6 years in BD, partnerships, or sales at a fast-moving startup High agency — you see an opportunity and move on it Charismatic, organised, comfortable in a room with senior execs
The package: $120K-$170K base / $140K-$215K OTE Equity H-1B & O-1 sponsorship available SF onsite
