We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative with a Sales Focus to join our Miami-based team! This is an in-person role where you'll represent leading nonprofit partners at local pop-up events, combining customer engagement with direct sales responsibilities.

What You'll Do: Engage with the public at community and retail events Promote and represent nonprofit organizations, clearly communicating their mission and services Drive interest and encourage sign-ups or contribution s
through persuasive, in-person communication Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns Act as a key on-site representative and assist with event logistics Participate in daily team briefings and help foster a positive, energetic environment
