Strategic Account Executive San Francisco, CA (Remote) Full-time Individual contributor $300K OTE

About the opportunity Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed company operating in the Global Capability Center (GCC) space — helping global enterprises set up, build, and grow GCCs using a human + AI-driven platform-as-a-service model. Backed by a well-known institutional investor, this is a founding sales hire working directly with the CEO to build pipeline from zero and close early enterprise deals.

What you'll do Build pipeline from scratch with no SDR support — outbound via LinkedIn, email, and network Identify and pursue target accounts independently, running deals end-to-end Sell consultatively into CFOs, Heads of Sourcing/Procurement, and Operations/GBS leaders Shape early GTM strategy in close partnership with the CEO Bring real-time market feedback to inform product and go-to-market direction

What we're looking for 5–10 years of enterprise or mid-market sales experience as a quota-carrying IC Proven hunter — you have built $3M+ pipeline with no SDR or inbound support Recent BPO / outsourcing / sourcing-led sales experience (non-negotiable) Experience closing mid-to-large deals ($100K–$1M+) independently as the primary owner Comfortable selling across multiple industries — not tied to a single vertical Founder mindset: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, urgency-driven

Compensation Base salary: $150,000 (fixed) · Commission: $150,000 (performance-driven) · Total OTE: $300,000 · Equity included

Location San Francisco Bay Area. Fully remote with occasional client-site visits in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
