What we are looking for
We are seeking a Senior Trading Associate to join our trading team. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for day‑to‑day trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, and trade implementation across separately managed client accounts, as well as maintaining performance data and supporting quarterly client reporting.
In addition, as a Senior Trading Associate you will:

Own key back‑office and trading workflows, serving as a subject matter expert for data integrity, reconciliation, and issue resolution ·
Monitor custodial, account, and portfolio data; maintain CRM records; and conduct periodic data audits ·
Apply working knowledge of fixed income products and metrics in trading, reporting, and portfolio analysis ·
Develop an understanding of insurance products and services and liaise between client, insurance service provider, and Engineering team ·
Build, maintain and enhance advanced Excel models, supporting data analysis and decision making ·
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the trading team What you will bring This role is ideal for an experienced trading professional who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of complex workflows in a fast‑paced environment, who also has a genuine interest in the world of wealth management, investments and financial markets. ·
5+ years of experience trading in an investment advisory, asset management or financial services company ·
Experience across the full trade lifecycle, from trade preparation to execution and settlement ·
Strong proficiency in fixed income and bond markets, including pricing, trade processing, and market structure ·
Working knowledge of options trading, including pricing, hedging, and risk analysis ·
Advanced Excel and quantitative skills ·
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently ·
Comfortable working stock market hours ·

Programming or scripting experience (VBA, Python, SQL) Compensation Structure At CCA, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. In accordance with CA law, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, plus an annual team performance bonus. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. What we offer ·
