Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join our client's team. A Trade Operations Specialist ensures the efficient, accurate, and compliant end-to-end execution of financial trades, spanning from execution to settlement. Responsibilities include reconciling trade data, resolving trade breaks, managing risk, and communicating with brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Trade Lifecycle Support:

Supporting the entire trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes Reconciliation & Monitoring:

Reconciling trades with brokers/custodians and monitoring daily trading activity to identify discrepancies (breaks) Compliance & Risk:

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal firm policies, including monitoring live trading for risk

Common Requirements Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field . Experience:

1–3+ years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or trade support Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and experience with trading systems Skills:

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure
