New Grad: Field Customer Specialist

Overview: In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong reliability and full‑time availability required - will be scheduled for 5 days including weekends.
Use of your personal vehicle is required for this role, mileage/travel will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities •Drive locally to collect flash drives from designated pickup points (e.g., curbside, lockboxes etc). •Safely transport and deliver packages to a designated office or drop off site •Follow handling and tracking procedures for packages •Maintain clear communication with the operations team •Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently
Requirements •Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required at the time of interview •Must have open availability across 7 days/week (will be scheduled for 5 full time days) •Willingness and ability to pick up shifts on short notice •Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism •Comfortable working independently and navigating local neighborhoods
Additional Details •Mileage/gas reimbursement will be provided for your shift •Training and onboarding will be provided prior to project start •Temporary project role ending in September – must commit to the entire duration.
