This is not a support role or a candidate-only position. This is a full desk (360) recruitment role, where you will operate as a true business owner of your market.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both revenue generation and delivery, giving you full control over your clients, candidates, and pipeline. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to develop business, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, cold calling, networking, and lead generation Build, manage, and grow your own client portfolio, developing long-term commercial partnerships Negotiate terms of business, fees, and contracts directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Conduct market mapping and research to identify new opportunities and revenue streams Source and engage high-level tech talent through headhunting, networking, and strategic outreach Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and post-placement follow-up Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide both clients and candidates through the hiring process Handle offer management, counteroffers, and complex negotiations to secure placements Use candidate-led sales strategies to introduce top talent and generate new business opportunities Maintain strong market knowledge, staying ahead of hiring trends and competitor activity Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What We’re Looking For Strong interest in sales, business development, and revenue generation A competitive, target-driven mindset with a natural hunter mentality Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills High levels of resilience, motivation, and personal drive A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential No prior recruitment experience required — we hire for attitude, ambition, and potential
