Salary - $120–135K/yearly

Direct Reports: Marketing Manager Position Overview The Marketing Director leads brand strategy, product marketing, and demand generation. This role drives measurable growth by aligning marketing initiatives with revenue objectives, strengthening market positioning, and supporting sales performance. Partnering closely with Sales and Product leadership, the Director ensures marketing efforts translate into increased brand awareness, qualified leads, and successful product launches while overseeing execution through the Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals. • Strengthen brand positioning and competitive differentiation. • Identify market opportunities across verticals, territories, and dealer channels. Product Marketing & Launch • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product introductions. • Define messaging, value propositions, and launch campaigns. • Oversee creation of marketing assets and ensure product information accuracy. Digital & Demand Generation • Direct website strategy, CRM/email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. • Leverage HubSpot for segmentation, automation, and reporting. • Track KPIs and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and lead conversion. Events & Sales Enablement • Lead strategy and execution for NeoCon and key industry events. • Align marketing tools and messaging to support dealer and sales teams. • Ensure showroom and experiential marketing reflect brand standards. Team & Budget Leadership • Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager. • Oversee partner and vendor relationships. • Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, or design-driven industries. • Proven success in product marketing, brand leadership, and demand generation. • Strong digital marketing and CRM experience. • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
