Marketing Administrative Assistant
Location: On-site Pay: $17$18/hour Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our cannabis retail marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across digital platforms, and takes pride in keeping content accurate, consistent, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities
Weedmaps Management Update store bios, product menus, featured sections, and banners Upload promotional deal banners aligned with campaigns Monitor for technical issues, outdated content, and inconsistencies Respond to customer messages in a professional, brand-aligned tone Dutchie eCommerce & Backoffice Maintain accurate product listings (names, categories, THC/CBD, descriptions) Upload and manage high-quality branded product images Refresh banners and featured product carousels Use product scoring tools to highlight key inventory Ensure consistency between Dutchie and Weedmaps platforms Media & Content Management Edit and upload product photography Create strain-specific deli labels using ChatGPT Organize and maintain label folders in Google Drive Post content on Instagram & Facebook Stories Seed TV & In-Store Screens Upload and manage digital assets for in-store TVs Audit screens daily for accuracy and compliance Update store-specific promotional banners Internal Communication & Audits Rotate featured products based on inventory and promotions Conduct daily menu audits (formatting, THC%, images, categories) Ensure alignment between deal sheets and online platforms Communicate regularly with store managers on updates and issues Provide real-time updates in team channels Required Skills & Experience
Required: Dutchie Backoffice Dutchie eCommerce Weedmaps Canva Preferred: Cannabis retail marketing or eCommerce experience CRM tools (Mailchimp, etc.) Social media scheduling platforms Knowledge of cannabis marketing compliance What We Offer
